Ingredients
  • 1 kg of chicken thigh or pork fillet, diced
  • 1 x 40g sachet
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • bamboo skewers, water soaked
Directions
  1. RUB chicken with McCormick Grill Mates Dry Marinade, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. THREAD marinated chicken and vegetables alternatively onto skewers.
  3. BBQ over a grill or panfry on medium heat for 8-10 mins, turning frequently until cooked through.
