Ingredients
  • 1 x 40 g sachet
  • 4 x chicken Maryland joints, flesh scored
  • 2 x corn cobs, halved
Directions
  1. RUB McCormick Grill Mates Dry Marinade into chicken joints and corn cobs, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. BBQ chicken Maryland’s in a medium (180C) preheated hooded BBQ for 30 minutes. Add corn cobs and BBQ for a further 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    OR Oven Bake in a 180C (160C fan forced) preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add corn cobs and cook a further 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
