Tennessee BBQ Pulled Pork Rolls

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 kg fresh pork shoulder, well-trimmed
  • 1x 40 g sachet McCormick Grill Mates Tennesse Smokehouse Slow & Low BBQ Rub
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
  1. Place pork in slow cooker. In a bowl mix all ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker.
  2. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cookers, mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on sandwich rolls with coleslaw, if desired.
