Preheat BBQ to indirect medium heat (170°C to 190°C) by turning all burners to medium, then; turn off burner(s) on one side of grill only.
Rub chicken with oil. Sprinkle over McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Dry Marinade and rub into chicken skin.
Open can of beer and discard ¼ cup. Hold chicken upright (legs pointing down) and insert opened beer can into cavity. Stand chicken in upright position on unlit side of grill. Position legs to best support chicken (similar to a tripod). Close lid.
BBQ chicken 1 ½ hours or until cooked through and juices run clear. Carefully remove chicken from can before serving.
Serve with barbecued corn cobs.

CAUTION: The beer can will be VERY hot when coming off the grill, take care use tongs and protective heat gloves.
