- Whisk together the egg and milk. Combine the McCORMICK Grill Mates Blazin’ Pepper and the flour.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the extra flour and shake off excess.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg and milk and coat in the spice and flour mix.
- Place on a large oven tray and spray with oil.
- Bake in an 180°C oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and serve with your choice of accompaniments.
