Soy Pepper Chicken with Crushed Cashews

McCormick Grill Mates Blazin' Pepper Steak Seasoning
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce (less salt)
500 g chicken thigh fillets, cubed
1 tsp oil
150 g sugar snap peas, trimmed
1 bunch brocolini, trimmed
¼ cup cashews, crushed
Mix together the McCormick Grill Mates Blazin’ Pepper Seasoning, sesame oil, light soy sauce and cubed chicken.
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok and pan fry the chicken for 5-10 minutes.
Add in the sugar snap peas and the brocolini with one tablespoon of water.
Cover and cook for a further 3 minutes then serve immediately.
