Ingredients
  • 4 x 250 g beef rib eye steaks
  • 1x 40 g
Directions
  1. Mix steaks with McCormick Grill Mates Dry Marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  2. BBQ steaks on a medium heat for 4-12 minutes each side (approx. 4 mins each side for rare – 10-12 mins each side for well-done); OR
  3. Panfry steaks on a medium heat for 4-12 minutes each side (approx. 4 mins each side for rare – 10-12 mins each side for well-done).
  4. Let rest for 10 mins before serving.
