Directions
  1. Place all the relish ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and aside to cool.
  2. Using your hands mix together the burger ingredients until well combined and sticky.
  3. Divide into four and shape into burger patties.
  4. Heat a BBQ or a grill plate to medium/high. Brush with the oil and cook the burgers for 12-15 minutes until cooked through or until your liking.
  5. Serve with oven fries.
Recipe Tip

Serving suggestion: Assemble the burgers together using cos lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced gherkins on toasted burger buns. Top with beetroot relish and extra mustard.
