  1. Cook carrots in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain well.
  2. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add the carrots, garlic and McCormick Cumin Seeds cook, tossing, for 1 -2 minutes or until carrots start to brown.
  3. Add KEEN’S Mustard Powder, honey and season well with McCormick Sea Salt. Toss carrots through to combine and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Recipe Tip

This recipe works just as well with traditional Dutch carrots or peeled and cut regular carrots.
