Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced).
Place broccoli and cauliflower florets in a small baking dish.
Whisk McCormick Broccoli & Cauliflower Recipe Base with boiling water until well combined. Add cream and mix well then pour over the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
Bake, covered with foil for 45 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle over cheese. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned.
