Preheat oven to 200˚C (180˚C fan forced).
Toss potatoes in oil to coat well, add McCormick Rosemary & Garlic Wedges Recipe Base and coat evenly. Place in a single layer onto a baking paper lined baking tray.
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until wedges are golden brown and tender.
Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
