Pre -heat oven to 220°C (200˚C fan forced). Place chicken in a single layer on a baking paper lined tray. Position potato wedges around the edge of tray.
Toss tomato and bread evenly over chicken. Drizzle oil and sprinkle McCormick Tray Bake Recipe Base over chicken and potato, followed by cheese.
Bake for 45- 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the bread topping is golden and crisp. Serve topped with parsley.
