Whisk McCormick Cauliflower Supreme with Cheese Recipe Base and milk in a medium saucepan then add cauliflower.
Cook, stirring occasionally over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
Serve as a side dish or tasty snack.
For a golden cheesy topping, spoon cauliflower mixture into an ovenproof dish and top with ¼ cup breadcrumbs and 1 cup grated cheese then bake in a preheated oven (200 °C) for 10 minutes.
