How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 40 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C conventional (180 °C fan forced).

  2. Toss potatoes in oil to coat well, add McCormick Italian Herb Potatoes Recipe Base and coat evenly. Place in a single layer onto a greaseproof paper lined baking tray.

  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

  4. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
