How to Make

Serves: 6 | Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 2 hours (HIGH), 4 hours (LOW)

  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown chicken and onion then add into slow cooker insert pot with potatoes.

  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Mild Chicken Curry Recipe Base with coconut milk and pour over chicken and vegetables, stir through.

  3. Cover and cook for 2 hours on HIGH or 4 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).

  4. Add fresh coriander and serve with your choice of suggested sides.

  1. Brown chicken and onions in a HOT 4 litre capacity sauce pan with tight fitting lid. Add potatoes.

  3. Cover and simmer for 2 hours over LOW heat. Keep covered during cooking.
