How to Make

Serves: 6 | Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 6 hours (HIGH), 10 hours (LOW)

  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown beef then add into slow cooker insert pot with potatoes.

  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Roast Beef with Onion Gravy Recipe Base with ¾ cup (180 mL) water then pour over beef and potatoes.

  3. Cover and cook for 6 hours on HIGH or 10 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).

  4. Serve with fresh parsley and your choice of suggested sides.

  1. Brown beef in a HOT 4 litre capacity, saucepan with tight fitting lid. Add potatoes.
