Pre- heat oven to 220°C (200˚C fan forced). Toss sausages and vegetables evenly onto a baking paper lined tray.
Drizzle oil over sausages and vegetables, sprinkle over McCormick Tray Bake Recipe Base and roughly toss together. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until vegetables and sausages are cooked through.
Sprinkle coriander over cooked tray bake and serve.
