Toss beef in flour. Heat a large saucepan with oil and cook beef in batches for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
Add onion and carrots and return beef to saucepan. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, McCormick Oregano Leaves, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes, Basil Leaves, beef stock and Guinness and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat to very low and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender and sauce has thickened.
Spoon mixture into a 1.5 L (6 cup) ovenproof dish and top with pastry, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C or until golden.
