Ingredients
  • Cheeseburger Dip
  • 1 ½ cups (225 g) cooked beef mince
  • 1 x 250 g block cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese, any variety
  • ½ cup tomato sauce or ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup French's Classic Yellow American Mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • To Serve
  • crispy bacon pieces (optional)
  • sliced spring onion (optional)
  • pita chips or corn chips
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 175ºC (fan-forced). Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for the dip in a deep baking dish.
  2. Heat in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until hot.
  3. Sprinkle top with bacon pieces and spring onion, if desired. Serve hot with pita or corn chips.
Recipe Tip

• Add whatever toppings you like; try jalapeno slices, pineapple pieces or hot sauce!
• Try swapping beef mince for chicken mince!
