  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place chicken into a large baking dish and coat with McCormick garlic, turmeric, ginger and salt.
  3. Add rice, stock and milk to the dish. Sprinkle chicken tops with coriander, lime zest and coconut. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
Recipe Tip

Add 1 cup mixed vegetables to dish prior to baking.
