  1. Preheat oven to 165°C. Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
  2. Combine oats, bran, seeds and nuts.
  3. Mix the salt, sugar, honey, syrup and oil in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Pour hot syrup over the oat mixture and stir well to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture out evenly over the prepared baking trays and bake in oven for about 25 minutes, turning the mixture after 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven once golden and crunchy. Immediately add in the McCormick dried spices and stir through well. Mix through the dried cranberries and mixed fruit.
  6. To serve: fold through natural Greek yoghurt and top with fresh cherries, honey and mint.
