Ingredients
  • 1 cup (175g) mixed dried fruit, chopped
  • 1 cup (250mL) whisky or apple juice
  • 2 tsp
  • 500 g vanilla ice-cream
Directions
  1. Place dried fruit, whisky and McCormick Mixed Spice into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring over a medium heat, and then reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  2. Remove ice-cream from freezer and set aside to soften. Once fruit mixture is cooled, fold though ice-cream and spoon into popsicle mould. Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
Recipe Tip

To ease removal of frozen popsicles, dip the base of popsicle tray in cold water for a few seconds.
