Ingredients
  • 24 slices bread cut into 7cm circles
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 g cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup blueberries, plus extra for serving
  • 1 tsp McCormick Cinnamon Ground
  • Yoghurt and honey to serve
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with cooking oil.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla together and dip bread slices in. Place a bread slice into the base of each muffin tin then pour top with cream cheese and blueberries. Pour over remaining egg mixture.
  3. Top with bread slice, sprinkle with McCormick Cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and egg is set.
  4. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
