Preheat oven to 120°C (100°C fan forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Place nuts in a large bowl and lightly sprinkle with water. Then add McCormick Middle Eastern Spices, caster sugar and season generously with McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper, toss well to combine.
Spread nut mixture evenly onto prepared tray. Bake for 60 minutes stirring halfway, remove from oven and cool on tray.
Store nut mix in an airtight container for up to a week.
