In a large bowl add milk, egg, vanilla, flour, bicarbonate of soda, caster sugar and McCormick Cloves Ground. Whisk until just combined and then stir in the blueberries.
Heat a large frying over medium heat and add a cube of butter. Then using ¼ cup mixture per pancake, cook 2-3 pancakes at a time for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface and turn and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm, repeat with the remaining mixture.
In a small bowl add strawberries, 1 tbsp caster sugar and McCormick Cinnamon Ground then mix well.
Serve warm pancakes with cinnamon strawberries and cream.
