Ingredients
  • 600 g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
  • 100 g red and green glace cherries
  • 1 cup crushed nuts
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1 cup (90g) desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp McCormick Mixed Spice
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Ginger Ground
Directions
  1. Line a 30cm x 20cm (base) baking pan with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down with a large metal spoon.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  4. Turn slice onto a chopping board. Using a knife that has been dipped in hot water, cut into squares.
  5. Melt 50g white chocolate and drizzle over set slice and serve.
Recipe Tip

Place white Christmas squares into confectionary boxes and give as a Christmas gift!
