Place coriander, garlic, vinegar, green chilli, McCormick Spices and sugar into food processor season with sea salt and process on high speed, gradually adding water until just blended. With food processor running, gradually add oil until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop or until ready to serve.
Store sauce in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 1 week..
