To make the fritters; drain and rinse peas, place into a food processor with egg, onion, McCormick Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, salt and season well with McCormick Black Pepper. Blend until a fine paste forms, scraping down the sides occasionally.
Heat oil in a large saucepan to high heat (180°C) and drop heaped tablespoon size balls of fritter mixture into hot oil in batches. Cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towel.
To make the Guacamole; in a medium bowl smash avocado together with McCormick Cumin Ground, Coriander Ground, Chilli Flakes and the zest and juice of limes.
Serve fritters with guacamole.
These fritters would be a great breakfast menu addition, include a side of crisp bacon!
