  1. Preheat BBQ or frying pan over high heat.
  2. Cut cheese into 8 slices and pat dry with paper towel. Skewer with wide wooden skewers. Season with McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. BBQ / pan fry cheese 2 minutes each side until golden, place on a serving platter, drizzle over honey and sprinkle with McCormick Chilli Flakes.
  4. Serve warm with lime wedges.

The cooked and dressed cheese slices can be served as an interesting, tasty addition to a salad.
