Chilli Prawn Tacos with Avocado Salsa

Prawn Tacos
½ tbsp
McCormick Organic Chilli Flakes
500 g shelled raw prawns, tails removed
sprinkle salt and pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 corn tortillas, heated as per pack instructions
Avocado Salsa
2 x firm avocados. chopped
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 small red capsicum, finely diced
¼ - ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 lime, zest & juice
Directions
Prepare the avocado salsa in a medium bowl by combining all ingredients. Set aside.
In another medium bowl, combine the prawns with
McCormick Organic Chilli Flakes
, salt and pepper.
Heat a large pan on medium heat with olive oil and cook prawns for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
Wrap the chilli prawns and avocado salsa up in a warm tortilla and enjoy!
