Ingredients
  • Prawn Tacos
  • ½ tbsp McCormick Organic Chilli Flakes
  • 500 g shelled raw prawns, tails removed
  • sprinkle salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 corn tortillas, heated as per pack instructions
  • Avocado Salsa
  • 2 x firm avocados. chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small red capsicum, finely diced
  • ¼ - ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 lime, zest & juice
Directions
  1. Prepare the avocado salsa in a medium bowl by combining all ingredients. Set aside.
  2. In another medium bowl, combine the prawns with McCormick Organic Chilli Flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large pan on medium heat with olive oil and cook prawns for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
  4. Wrap the chilli prawns and avocado salsa up in a warm tortilla and enjoy!
