Dill, Fennel & Lemon Pepper Fish
1 kg white fish fillets, (no bones and skinless) we suggest: Dory, Ling or Blue Eye
McCormick Adjustable Grinder Sea Salt
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
McCormick Dill Leaf Tips
McCormick Fennel Seeds
McCormick Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
French Fries, to serve
Tossed green salad, to serve
Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan-forced)
Place fish fillets into a 20cm x 30cm baking dish.
Combine in a large bowl the fish with lemon juice, orange juice, McCormick Dill, Fennel Seeds, Salt and Lemon & Pepper Seasoning then pour over fish fillets.
Bake fish for 20 minutes or until flesh flakes.
Serve fish with French fries and tossed green salad.
Try this recipe using a whole fish fillet.
