  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan-forced)
  2. Place fish fillets into a 20cm x 30cm baking dish.
  3. Combine in a large bowl the fish with lemon juice, orange juice, McCormick Dill, Fennel Seeds, Salt and Lemon & Pepper Seasoning then pour over fish fillets.
  4. Bake fish for 20 minutes or until flesh flakes.
  5. Serve fish with French fries and tossed green salad.
