Grilled Barramundi with Pomegranate & Cayenne Guacamole

McCormick Cayenne Pepper Ground
1 tsp
McCormick Adjustable Grinder Sea Salt
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp
McCormick Onion Powder
1 tbsp oil
4 barramundi fillets
1 pomegranate, seeded
Directions
For the guacamole - mash the avocado with a fork and combine well with the McCormick cayenne pepper, salt, onion powder and lime juice.
Heat the oil in a medium frying pan until hot. Cook each side of the barramundi on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
Serve the fish with a side of the guacamole scattered with the pomegranate seeds.
