  1. For the guacamole - mash the avocado with a fork and combine well with the McCormick cayenne pepper, salt, onion powder and lime juice.
  2. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan until hot. Cook each side of the barramundi on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
  3. Serve the fish with a side of the guacamole scattered with the pomegranate seeds.
