  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine chicken wings, honey, sumac, ginger and salt.
  3. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and lay the marinated wings out evenly on it. Bake for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked, crispy and golden. Turn over halfway through cooking
  4. For the dressing combine cream, chives and garlic powder in a bowl.
  5. Serve the wings with dressing.
Recipe Tip

Place marinated wings in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight to intensify flavours, if desired.
