Ingredients
  • 1 fresh pizza dough base (can source from your local speciality grocer or pizza shop)
  • 1 x 4 g
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices
  • 85 g salami slices
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (200˚C fan forced). Place pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Lightly sprinkle a small amount of oregano over dough. Knead dough until oregano is evenly distributed. Knead in additional oregano until desired amount is reached. Let dough stand at room temperature 20 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Roll or press dough roughly into a 30cm circle. Place on lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread sauce on dough. Top with cheese slices and salami. Sprinkle oregano over pizza.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Garnish with an additional sprinkle of oregano to serve.
