Turmeric Spiced Porridge

2 cups oat or coconut milk
1 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla essence
McCormick Organic Ground Turmeric
McCormick Organic Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
Top with fresh figs, plums, coconut flakes, granola, and cacao nibs
Heat the milk and oats in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer. Stir in the vanilla essence, turmeric, and cinnamon.
Cook for another 4 - 5 minutes, stirring well until nice and creamy.
Divide into bowls and top with maple syrup, fresh fruit (I used autumnal fresh figs and plums), coconut, granola, and cacao nibs.
