  1. Heat the milk and oats in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer. Stir in the vanilla essence, turmeric, and cinnamon.
  2. Cook for another 4 - 5 minutes, stirring well until nice and creamy.
  3. Divide into bowls and top with maple syrup, fresh fruit (I used autumnal fresh figs and plums), coconut, granola, and cacao nibs.
