- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a 20cm x 30cm slice tin with greaseproof paper.
- Scatter ham, zucchini and tomato into base of prepared slice tin.
- Whisk eggs, cream, McCormick Dill, Coriander Leaves, Pepper, Salt and cheeses.
- Pour egg mixture over the filling and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Slice frittata into 8 and serve with a green salad.
