In a large plastic container with lid combine oil, McCormick Cayenne Pepper, Paprika Hungarian Style, honey and beer. Season well with McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper then add lamb ribs and coat well. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Transfer ribs and marinade to a large baking dish and bake, braising for 2-3hours, turning frequently, until tender.
To serve, place ribs onto a serving platter, alongside BBQ’d corn, and a squeeze of lime.
