Heat oil in a large frying pan with lid over a medium-high heat. Cook leeks and chicken, stirring for 2 minutes or until leeks soften. Reduce heat, add carrots and beans.
Combine McCormick Creamy Leek & Chicken Recipe Base with ½ cup (125 mL) water. Stir mixture through the chicken and vegetables, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
Stir through cream and serve with your choice of mashed potato or pasta.
