To prepare salsa; slice pineapple into four lengthwise and remove core section.
Pre heat air fryer to 200°C. Air fry pineapple for 10 minutes or until charred. Allow to cool slightly then finely dice and place in a medium sized serving bowl with remaining salsa ingredients. Stir and set aside until ready to serve.
To cook wings; sprinkle baking powder over wings and toss to coat. Then toss Caribbean Street Food Seasoning through wings to coat.
Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer - do not overcrowd cook in batches if necessary. Spray with oil and air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
