  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C
  2. Cut each cobette in to ¼’s, by standing the corn upright and carefully cutting in ½ lengthways with a sharp knife. Then put the corn cut side down on the board and cut in half lengthways
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Southern Style Seasoning and oil.
  4. Using your fingers or a pastry brush, rub the seasoning mix into the corn kernels to coat.
  5. Place the corn in a single layer in the fryer basket (you may need to cook in 2 batches depending on air fryer size) and cook for 10 minutes.
Recipe Tip

You can microwave the corn for 5 seconds to soften slightly before cutting
