Air Fryer Corn Ribs
1 x 425 g pack corn cobettes
1 x 25 g sachet
McCormick Southern Style Street Food
2 tbsp oil
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C
Cut each cobette in to ¼’s, by standing the corn upright and carefully cutting in ½ lengthways with a sharp knife. Then put the corn cut side down on the board and cut in half lengthways
In a small bowl, mix together the Southern Style Seasoning and oil.
Using your fingers or a pastry brush, rub the seasoning mix into the corn kernels to coat.
Place the corn in a single layer in the fryer basket (you may need to cook in 2 batches depending on air fryer size) and cook for 10 minutes.
You can microwave the corn for 5 seconds to soften slightly before cutting
