Preheat your oven to 210°C and line a baking tray with paper.
In a bowl combine the flour with ¾ of the McCormick Southern Style Seasoning and mix together, pour in the milk and whisk until smooth. The corn flour makes the mix a little sticky, add a dash more milk if needed.
In another bowl combine the panko breadcrumbs with the remaining seasoning.
Dip each piece of cauliflower into the batter then into the crumbs to coat well, and place onto the baking tray.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through, serve immediately with some spicy mayo or BBQ sauce to dip.
