Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced). Place drumsticks and potato in a lined baking tray, massage the oil through to coat mixture well. Sprinkle seasoning over and toss to distribute.
Roast for 40 minutes or until potatoes and chicken are cooked through and golden. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and a side salad.
If you prefer boneless chicken substitute drumsticks with halved thigh or strips of breast fillets. Adding to potatoes at the 20 min stage of cook-time, roasting until both are tender, cooked and golden.
