Ingredients
  • Furikake
  • 1 tbsp McCormick Katsu Crumb Street Food
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, toasted
  • ½ sheet (1 tbsp) nori, finely cut (tip: use scissors)
  • Wings
  • ¼ cup panko crumb 
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 x 25g sachet (less 1 tbsp used for Furikake) McCormick Katsu Crumb Street Food
  • 1 kg well dried chicken wings
  • spray oil
  • To Serve
  • good quality egg mayonnaise
Directions
  1. To prepare furikake; combine all ingredients in a sealable jar. Shake to combine and set aside to serve.
  2. To cook wings; Pre heat air fryer to 200°C. Combine panko crumb, baking powder and Katsu Street Food Seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Spray wings with oil. Sprinkle panko crumb mix over wings and toss to coat. Repeat if necessary to ensure an even coating of oil and crumb. 
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer - do not overcrowd, cook in batches if necessary. Spray with oil and air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve, sprinkled with furikake and a mayonnaise dipping sauce.
