½ sheet (1 tbsp) nori, finely cut (tip: use scissors)
Wings
¼ cup panko crumb
3 tsp baking powder
1 x 25g sachet (less 1 tbsp used for Furikake)
1 kg well dried chicken wings
spray oil

good quality egg mayonnaise
Directions
To prepare furikake; combine all ingredients in a sealable jar. Shake to combine and set aside to serve.
To cook wings; Pre heat air fryer to 200°C. Combine panko crumb, baking powder and Katsu Street Food Seasoning in a bowl.
Spray wings with oil. Sprinkle panko crumb mix over wings and toss to coat. Repeat if necessary to ensure an even coating of oil and crumb.
Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer - do not overcrowd, cook in batches if necessary. Spray with oil and air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve, sprinkled with furikake and a mayonnaise dipping sauce.
