Mexican Spiced Wings & Guacamole

Ingredients
  • Guacamole
  • 2 tsp McCormick Mexican Street Food
  • ½ punnet cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 ½ avocado, stoned, peeled & chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • fresh coriander leaves, torn
  • Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wing nibbles, dried well
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 x 25 g sachet (less 2 tsp used for guacamole) McCormick Mexican Street Food
  • spray oil
  • To Serve
  • lime wedges
  • fresh jalapeños, sliced
  • fresh coriander
Directions
  1. To make guacamole; combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Set aside.
  2. Pre heat air fryer to 200°C.Sprinkle baking powder over wing nibbles and toss to coat. Then toss remaining Mexican Street Food Seasoning through chicken to coat.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer basket– do not overcrowd, cook in batches if necessary. Spray with oil and air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve with guacamole, lime, jalapenos and coriander.
Recipe Tip

Use paper towel to dry the wings.
