To make guacamole; combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Set aside.
Pre heat air fryer to 200°C.Sprinkle baking powder over wing nibbles and toss to coat. Then toss remaining Mexican Street Food Seasoning through chicken to coat.
Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer basket– do not overcrowd, cook in batches if necessary. Spray with oil and air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve with guacamole, lime, jalapenos and coriander.
