Southern Style Air Fryer Cheesy Meatballs
400 g pre made meatballs
150 g mozzarella cheese, cut into 1 cm cubes
1 x 25 g sachet
McCormick Southern Style Street Food
Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Push your finger into the centre of each meatball, push 1 cube of mozzarella into the middle and reshape into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.
Place meatballs in a large bowl. Add the contents of the Southern Style Seasoning and toss to coat.
Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes or until crispy on the outside and cooked through.
Serve with Stubb’s BBQ Sauce
