Pre heat oven to 220˚C (200˚C fan forced). Cut potato into large wedges, place on a lined baking tray, toss through the oil, sprinkle over the seasoning and toss to evenly coat the surface of the potato.
Roast for 30 mins or until tender and charred brown on edges.

Substitute any potato for sweet potato to create a quick and tasty snack, just add sour cream for dipping.
