Ingredients
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (40 mL) vinegar
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp (40 mL) lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1 tsp McCormick Organic Oregano Leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl or glass jar and toss together. Cover and set aside for a minimum of 2 hours.
