  1. In a mixing bowl roughly mash chickpeas with pumpkin. Mix in whisked eggs and quinoa. Add spices, coconut flour and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon heaped tablespoon portions into a pre-heated and well-greased frying pan, use the back of a spoon to shape into patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side. Gently flip when turning over.
  3. To make aioli, mash avocado and mix with lime, garlic powder and chilli flakes then season with salt pepper.
  4. Fill burger buns with you favourite fillings and a Spiced Quinoa, Pumpkin & Chickpea Pattie.
