  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown beef and onion then add into slow cooker insert pot with carrots and celery.
  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Beef & Red Wine Casserole Recipe Base with red wine and pour over beef and vegetables, stir through.
  3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
  4. Stir through fresh parsley. Serve with your choice of suggested sides.

Create a tasty pie using any remaining casserole as a pie filling, top with creamy mashed potato and bake until golden brown.
