  1. Place McCormick Grill Mates Tennessee Smokehouse Slow and Low BBQ Rub, McCormick Thyme Leaves, coriander seeds and salt in a mortar and using a pestle, pound until well combined.
  2. Combine lemon juice, oil and lamb ribs in a large bowl. Add seasoning mixture and toss to coat. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
  3. Preheat BBQ grill plate to high heat and cook over grill for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking and nicely charred.
Recipe Tip

Lamb ribs are a great pre-dinner finger food nibble or substitute lamb ribs with chicken ribs. For an impressive rib display cook as a rack of lamb ribs and slice at the table.
