Place McCormick Grill Mates Tennessee Smokehouse Slow and Low BBQ Rub, McCormick Thyme Leaves, coriander seeds and salt in a mortar and using a pestle, pound until well combined.
Combine lemon juice, oil and lamb ribs in a large bowl. Add seasoning mixture and toss to coat. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat BBQ grill plate to high heat and cook over grill for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking and nicely charred.

Lamb ribs are a great pre-dinner finger food nibble or substitute lamb ribs with chicken ribs. For an impressive rib display cook as a rack of lamb ribs and slice at the table.
